Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: April 07, 2018

Quick Overview:

Players compete in head to head matches over 3 hours. The player with the most wins and least losses at the end of the allotted time is declared the winner.

• Doors at 8am with machines on free play for warm up
• Briefing at 8:45am.
• Start at 9am.

Tickets will be available via eventbrite.com.au two weeks prior to the event. Watch Aussie Arcade and the venue facebook page for ticket release times.

Format Details:
1. First, each machine is randomly assigned two players. Playing order is determined by Barber's software. The remaining players are placed in one central queue

2. When a match is completed:
- both players return to the tournament directors desk and record result
- the loser returns to the machine they just come from, unless he/she has lost twice consecutively, in which case the winner returns
- the other player goes to the rear of the queue
- the player at the front of the queue moves up to compete against the player staying on the machine
- Scott's software determines playing order at all times

3. At the end of 3 hours no more games may start

4. All attempts will be made for extra balls to be disabled for all machines

5. All rulings and malfunctions will be based on the rules for the IFPA World Pinball Championship.
