Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: March 17, 2019
The tournament is held every third Sunday of the month at the 1up Colfax, 717 E Colfax Ave, Denver.
Doors open at 11am every tournament day and the tournament starts at 1pm.
$10 entry fee. 100% payout to the top 4.
Qualifications: The format will be Swe-Den style/Double Round Robin. Groups will be formed based on IFPA rankings. The tournament participants are divided up into groups of around 6-7 people where everybody in the group play each other twice (Head 2 Head) on games “drawn from a hat”, best of 1 game. That is typically something like 10-12 matches per person and should take 4 hours.
Playoffs: Bracket. 12 players (or around top 25% per group) advances to playoffs. 4-player group matches. 3 games per match. Top 2 per group advances until a 4-player final is played.
The number of groups, players per group and number of players advancing to playoffs may change depending on the total number of participants.
This is a IFPA sanctioned tournament (with max TGP) and you will receive IFPA World Pinball Player Ranking (WPPR's) points and hopefully climb in the World Rankings! Visit the IFPA website to see your ranking, upcoming events and much more: https://www.ifpapinball.com/
