Women's Hybrid Best Game (WHBG)
Seattle Women’s Super Weekend Fall 2025 Main Event
Thursday to Saturday qualifying, with Sunday playoffs - October 23-26th at Ice Box Arcade.
There is no player cap for this event. Buy-in is $30 at the door, $25 as part of the SW2 pre-reg package, which goes on sale Saturday, September 6th at noon PST. Your WHBG buy-in includes all of your entries. There will be 32, 36, or 40 entries, depending on whether we use 8, 9, or 10 arenas for qualifying. Up to the best 2 games can count on each arena, with your best 10 games counting towards standings. Qualifying will be held on the games in the Pinball Alley portion of Ice Box, Playoffs will be held on pre-determined banks of games throughout the full arcade.

Playoffs will start at 2:30pm, Sunday October 26th. Please check-in by 2:15pm at Ice Box Arcade. B Division check in is 3:15pm; C Division check in is 4:00pm. Finals attendance numbers below.
Playoffs for this tournament will be PAPA-style matchplay. Groups of four players will play banks of three games with 4/2/1/0 scoring. Top seed in each group has choice of bank AND player order choice for game one. After game one player order choice goes in descending order of placement (4th place chooses first, etc.) Top two players in each group move on to the next round. B Division will begin at the start of round 2 of A Div. C Division will begin at the start of round 3 of A Div.
All division winners will receive a trophy, plaque, or prize. All buy-ins, minus a small series rake and possibly less a small amount out for trophies/IFPA fees, will go into the pot, but we will not know the payout structure until we know how many we will take into finals. We strive to pay out everyone who makes A Division finals, but cannot guarantee it. Divisions will be determined the day of the event using Matchplay ranking stats to ensure division restrictions are proportional.

24-31 = 12 in finals
32-39 = 16 in finals
40-47 = 20 in finals
48+ = 24 in finals
16-27 = 8 in finals
28-35 = 12 in finals
