9. Format: Double Round Robin Matchplay.
10. For 14 Players or more starting the event will be Single Round Robin.
11. Value of bye is nil.
12. Tiebreaker will be only for 1st and 2nd placings.
13. Ties broken by one 5 match round H-H (first to 3 wins)
14. Entry fee: $20 (includes the $1 IFPA fee).
