It's the FINAL PUSH for New Jersey State Championships!!!
Date: December 20th
Time: 11am with doors opening at 10am for practice.
64 player max.
Registration: December 6th at 12pm EST

Qualifying: PACE match play until final 16. If you're at or ahead of the pace at the end of each round then you stay in the tournament. If you're behind the pace then you get knocked out. Scoring 7/5/3/1 in 4-player groups or 7/4/1 in 3-player groups. Balanced pairing. Initial Pace is 22 points at Round 6, then increments of 6
Finals:
A Division will be Head to Head Best of 3 games each round for top 16. Single elimination until we are down to the final two players. Final Head to head will be best of 5 games.
B Division will be a 4 strike, fair strikes tournament(0/1/1/2) for positions 17th through 32nd. Winner of B finals will be reported to IFPA as 17th place and everyone else's qualifying position will move down 1 spot. Example, you finish 19th in qualifying, and end up last in B finals. Your IFPA position will be reported as 20th.
$20 entry to tournament: $15 to prize pool, $1 to IFPA and $4 to expenses.
Positions paid:
A Division - 1st through 8th
B Division - 1st
If 64 players attend payouts will be as follows:
A Division:
1st: $345
2nd: $172
3rd and 4th: $86
5th - 8th: $43
B Division:
1st: $96
