Short version:
Format: Limited Best Game, 24 entries max (in the case of 6 machines available) 28 entries for 7 games, 32 entries for 8 games, etc, not to exceed 8 machines - , best score on each game counts
• A and B Divisions
• Top 50% go to A Finals - Big Bracket style! Finals begin Sat 11am
• Finals format - double elim bracket. Top of A bracket is best of 5 games, bottom best of 3
• Bottom 50% - holding an optional “B Div” for fun (and prizes) 3-strikes tourney! More deets provided day of

Optional/Potential Wednesday evening start (dependent on set-up time & game availability)
Thursday:
Women Open Qualifying from 10am - 12am
Friday:
Women Open Qualifying from 10am - 3pm
**Volunteer Qualifying from 3pm - 4pm
Women Open Qualifying Resumes from 4pm - 11pm
Saturday:
Finals start 11am
Finals breakdown:
Saturday, Round 1 begins at 11am, refer to bracket for your approx start time (each 8 places higher in seeding gives you another bye)
Finals format - double elimination bracket. A division top of the bracket is best of 5 games, bottom of bracket best of 3
“B Div” will be for fun (and $$ and prizes) 3 strikes tournament.
We had a RECORD 87 players last year, up 34 women from 53 players in 2023! As usual, if we reach our min goal of 48 players we will be Certified!
We will pay out top 24 players in A
“B-div optional funsies strikes tourney pays out top 8

* A note for those planning to participate in the Pinball Olympics: We have striven in the past to accommodate the time table of the Olympics, but last year we learned the hard way a late finals start time hampers our ability to provide the best experience to our players. This year we retooled and chose to start finals earlier!
