Players are placed in random groups of 3–4 players each round.
Each group plays one game per round.
Scoring: 3–2–1–0 points per game.
Elimination:
In 4-player groups, the bottom two players each receive one strike.
In 3-player groups, the bottom player receives one strike.
Once a player reaches 3 strikes, they are eliminated.
Play continues until only one player remains with fewer than 3 strikes.
Expected Duration: 1.5–2.5 hours total
Typical Games per Player: 6–9 meaningful games

Payout to top finishers from the $5 per player prize pool.
Example split: 1st – 50%, 2nd – 30%, 3rd – 20%.
