Please note the date change to Thursday, August 7th!

Big Flipper is bringing pinball tournaments to North Idaho! Vantage Point Brewery will be hosting a monthly match play competition. Each tournament will include raffles for gift cards, collectibles, and pinball gear. You don’t have to be a pinball pro to win some awesome prizes!

Join us for a great time, meet new people, and maybe even score some cool swag.

Entry Fee: $10
Thursday August 7th
Sign-up: 5:30 - 6:15
Start: 6:30

Format:
This is a four-player match play event using Swiss-style pairings.
Players will compete in four-player games and earn points based on their finishing position in each match. The scoring follows the IFPA system: 7 points for 1st, 5 points for 2nd, 3 points for 3rd, and 1 point for 4th. After each round, players will be paired with others who have similar scores or placements.

The event will consist of 3 to 5 rounds, depending on the number of participants, and points will be tallied after the final round. The top four players will advance to the finals. If there’s a tie for the fourth spot, a tiebreaker round will be held. The tiebreaker will be a one-ball game on a random machine.

The finals will be a single four-player match on a machine selected by the tournament director. In the finals, only performance matters; previous round scores do not affect final placement.

The top three finishers will receive money and be invited to take a picture with their prizes for social media.
