YEGPIN Match Play Championship is the one of largest pinball tournaments in the world, featuring 96 pinball machines and up to 300 players competing over three consecutive days to determine the champion. There are a three distinct skill divisions (A, B, Novice) in the event, with beautiful customized trophies going to all of the winners in each division. This event continues to grow so don’t miss out, show your stuff and compete against some of the best pinball players in the world. This is an official Stern Pro Circuit event and on schedule to be a IFPA certified event.

On Thursday, each participant will compete in a total of five rounds. Each of the rounds consisting of four (4) machine, four-player matches to determine the skill division for all competitors. Divisions will then be divided into Main, B, Novice. The main being most highly skilled players in the tournament for play the next day.

On Friday, players will be put into their specific divisions based on their placement in the previous round and compete against other competitors that are solely within their own skill division, the top 40 in each skill division will move on to the playoff round the next day.

On Saturday, the top 40 placements in each division will compete in a separate division final in an exciting four (4) machine, four-player matches where only the top 2 will advance until we reach the finals. All playoff finalist will receive cash prizing, and the top 4 will also take home trophies or plaques.

The Main division is restricted to players with a IFPA rank 250 or less.
The B division is restricted to players with a IFPA rank of 251 to 1000
Novice division is restricted to players with a IFPA rank of 1000 or greater

Byes will be provided to the top 1-4 qualifiers in each division they will advance immediately into the quarter-final bracket.

Finals start at 9:00 am sharp on Saturday, players must show up to be registered by 8:45 am sharp, please check the standings in each division if you qualified and be prepared to play on Sunday. No substitutes will be allowed in the playoff rounds, and any prize money is forfeited for no shows. If you have a bye then you must show up before your round starts, the schedule is only a guideline and we will start the rounds as soon as the round before has been completed.
Each elimination (playoff) round will be a four (4) game, four-player scoring format (3,2,1,0 scoring) knockout round with two players advancing until the final 4 grouping.

Top seed will get choice of bank (can defer) or position. After first game, position will be determine in descending order of rank on the previous machine.
