Tournament Qualifying dates and starting times: Monday, 22nd February (6pm) Monday, 21st March (6pm) Monday, 18th April (6pm) Monday, 16th May (6pm) Tournament FINALS date and starting time: Sunday, 5th June (10am) Each month will count towards qualifying for the final in June (Top 16 players advance). Tournament format details: Open to all players each month QUALIFYING: Each month = 1 round of qualifying. Qualifying each month is done in 'Herb style' format. (players are ranked highest to lowest on each machine, with points allocated) 6-7 machines will be available for play each month. The player with the highest number of points awarded Players will then be allocated monthly points according to their final placing each month. The top 16 players on accumulated points will qualify for the final in June. No. of qualifying games = 24-28 games. FINAL: The top 16 players will play off in PAPA-style format (groups of 4, best of 3 game rounds). Groups will be made according to qualifying order for the first round, then by points won during each subsequent round. There will be 5 rounds in total, with the player who earns the most points to be declared the winner. No. of finals games = 15 games. Winner will receive free entry into the 2016 Brisbane Masters event, among other awards. Cost for each monthly qualifying event = $15 per player. Cost for the final = $30 per player.
