Treasure Valley Pinball is pleased to announce a Ghostbusters Pinball Selfie Tournament at Woodland Empire Brewery (1114 W Front St, Boise, ID 83702.)
Here is how it will work:
STEP 1 – Play Ghostbusters anytime Woodland Empire Brewery is open from October 15th to October 28th (Tuesday-Thursday 1130AM - 10PM, Friday 3PM-11PM, Saturday Noon - 11PM, Sunday 2PM-10PM)
STEP 2 - Take pictures of your best scores and email it treasurevalleypinball@gmail.com All photos must include a picture of the player and their score on the display. Feel free to ask a friend or stranger to help take the picture if needed. The games will be played as they sit on the floor meaning play extra balls if they are earned during the qualification period. During finals extra balls will be plunged to speed up the play on finals.
STEP 3 – Follow along the LIVE STANDINGS HERE
STEP 4 – FINALS DAY! Saturday October 29th at 4PM. All participants are invited to finals. The top 4 spots will play the “A” finals, next 4 in the “B” finals, next 4 in the “C” finals, etc. Should there be more than 40 players for the month the “A” division will feature the top 8 finalists instead of the top 4. Finals format will be PAPA style 2-game rounds.
Details for the Tournament:
The only cost to enter is the coin drop in the machine.
Qualification is from October 15th to October 28 with Finals on Saturday October 29th at 4PM.
Tournament format will be best game qualifying (100-90-85-84 scoring).
Players will be able to play as often as they want, with their two highest submitted score being used for the qualifying standings.
The finals will be 4 player group PAPA format with 2 games played on Ghostbusters.
All players who participate during the month qualify to participate in the finals.
Groups will be based on the standings from the qualifying during the month.
This tournament will earn you WPPR (world pinball player ranking) points at ifpapinball.com and state ranking points
Everyone who participated will be eligible for random prizes!
