Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: December 19, 2016
A simple, casual, and fun tournament for the friendship, competition, and love of pinball.
Hosted by Spacebar Arcade and Treasure Valley Pinball
Sign up will be between 7:00 and 7:30. Tournament start time will be at 7:30. Players will be randomly assigned into 4 player groups and compete on 4 random games in that group. Two games will be classics (Mata Hari, The Amazing Spider-Man, or Star Trek) and two games will be Modern DMD (Batman Forever, Jurassic Park, or Last Action Hero.) Game finishes with be scored using IFPA scoring (7 points for 1st, 5 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd, 1 for 4th)
Top players from each four-player group will advance to finals.
Finals: If we have 3 or 4 groups then only the 1st place player will advance to finals. If we 2 groups then the 1st and 2nd place player will advance. If we have more than four groups then additional rounds will be played in finals.
Ties will be broken by number of first place finishes, then by number of second place finishes
Games selection is subject to change.
The only cost to the tournament is the coin drop.
This tournament will earn you WPPR (world pinball player ranking) points at ifpapinball.com and state ranking points.
