2017 South Louisiana Summer Pinball Tournament
Side tournament: Houma Hole-in-1 Pingolf Tournament
9 holes of pingolf. Objectives will be noted on player score sheets or on each machine. Max score each hole is 7 on 3-ball games, or 6 on 5-ball games. $10 entry fee, trophy for 1st place winner, no cash pay-outs. Earn IFPA points.
Arrive time is Sat morning from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM, practice and sign-up from 9:30 to 10:45 am, pre-tournament mtg from 10:45 to 11 am. Start tournament around 11 am. Estimated # of payers = 20. Estimated TGP = 12.
There will be a Finals head-to-head 3-hole play-off to determine the winner. 10% to 50% of players entered will reach the finals. Thus, likely the top 2 to 4 players with lowest total pingolf scores will make the play-offs. Tournament director to select the 3 machines for the pingolf finals round.
Party: Is from 10 am to 10 pm. Bring whatever food and drinks you want. May want to bring a fold-out chair. This fun event is at a private residence in a neighborhood, so please be respectful of guests and neighbors. Parking is somewhat limited, so please try to car-pool together, and park in host's yard and driveway, and then along road as needed. Our hosts Josh and Raynna will provide some food, drinks, cups, plates, etc.
