we will take top 16 from qualifying for 'A' division and 17-32 for 'B' division and if more then that, there will be a 'C' Division.
we will play in groups of 4( or 3pending number of participants) points will be awarded as follows, 4 pts for first,2 pts for second,1 pts for third and zero pts for fth.

top two players from each groups will move onto next rounds.
