Tournament Overview

1/15/2019 thru 3/16/2019 We will be playing a 9-hole pin golf format that is objective based in the 6 bi-weekly qualifying rounds. In order to be eligible for playoffs you must be present 4 out of the 6 meets of league. To work with people’s hectic schedules and if you have an off week, the two worst scoring league night results will be dropped from the total strokes (number of balls to achieve the objectives) for the season. This includes absences as well. Unforseen circumstances do come up and I don't want you to be penalized if you can’t attend all 6 league nights. The top 50 percent players of the lowest 4 cumulative scores (strokes) for the 6 week period will move on to playoffs. All scores will be recorded in Matchplay software.
4/13/19 Playoffs will be a 10 strike progressive format based on best score in the 4-person group. This will include traditional scoring and not a pin golf format. Strikes are given to players based on finishing place in the group they are playing in. For example, in a 4-person group a player's finishing position can result in 0, 1, 2, or 3 strikes. When a person accumulates 10 strikes or more they are eliminated from the tournament. Machines will be randomly chosen before each round and player groups will be balanced accordingly by the number of strikes they earned. Highest seed players will be able to choose order of play. The person with the least amount of strikes determines the RPL Season 3 Champion. Results will be recorded using Matchplay software.
