Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: March 24, 2019

At the Upper Deck.

$10 entry fee (100% to prize pool) per round, you can play as many times as you like before qualifying ends. Plus coin drop. Tournament players get food discounts and there will be special drinks as well, ask your server at tournament time.

We will be playing a nine hole Pingolf course. Objectives will be posted on the individual machines. Those 9 machines will be available only to tournament players for the day. Plan is 3 DMDs, 3 SS and 3 EMs.

Players will play in a group of 4 and progress through the course monitoring each other’s progress to meeting the objectives. If you complete on ball 1, you get a 1, ball 5 a 5, and if you don’t complete it you score a 4 (3 ball game) or a 6 (5 ball game).

All players must start their rounds by 4 pm, with a soft stop at 5:30 for playoffs. Players will be allowed to finish their current game but take max scores for any games not finished at that point.

Top 16 players (max) will qualify for the playoffs. Tiebreaks will be played for qualifying, otherwise positional ties will be determined by score (best on hole 1, etc). Playoffs may be adjusted if we get less than 32 players. A PAPA style matchplay will follow, with the top seed choosing the bank of 3 games for their round (1 dmd, 1 SS, 1 EM). Top 2 players move into the next group. Playoffs are score based rather than objective based. Top 4 split prize pool 1st 40%, 2nd 30% 3rd 2% 4th 10%.
