Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: September 05, 2019

Overview:

4 player groups, 4 strikes knockout, bottom two players get strikes.

Details:

All skill levels welcome! If you have always wanted to try competitive pinball, a seasoned vet, or never knew competitive pinball existed, this is the perfect way to participate.

You can qualify within a month during regular business hours. Every month there will be 5 qualifying pinball machines that will be clearly labeled. You must play at least 3 machines to be eligible to participate in the finals. When you play one of the 5 machines, find an arcade employee and they will submit your score.

Qualifying

The qualifying period runs from the 1st to the last day of the month. The finals will take place the first Thursday night of the following month. In the event of holidays, there may be an exception.

Each players’ highest score on an individual machine will be ranked and awarded points. The player with the highest ranked score will receive 100pts., 2nd place 99pts, 3rd place 98pts, etc… At the end of the month, a players total is calculated by adding their points from each of the individual games ranked scores. The final seeding is based on the players total scores (highest to lowest).

Qualifying will be done via matchplay events. Link to each month's tourney is on the facebook page or check with the arcade front desk.

Finals

Finals will be a 4 strike (loss) knockout event. Maximum 8 players for finals, if less than 16 people participate only top half will make the finals.

Example: First place would play one game against the 8th seed. The higher seed will be able to either choose the game played, or the order they would like to play (first or last.) The 3rd and 4th place of that group receives a strike.
