9 game tournament bank, 9 game card 3 hours to complete the games. Scores must be witnessed and signed. PAPA Scoring format. Last game must be plunged before 9:30. Ties not broken, except for ties in the top 4 positions that are broken by a one game head-to-head playoff on a game chosen by the tournament director. Playing order chosen by random draw.
