This pinball launch party is capped at 36 players, which will help speed up rounds, and allow for some flexibility if a game breaks down during the tournament.

REGISTRATION BEGINS on Sunday, 9/5 at 10am pst

The tournament will follow IFPA tournament rules; i.e. no extra balls should be played, no death saves or bang backs.

This is an inclusive event. No abusive language or violence will be tolerated (you'll forfeit you tournament entry and be asked to leave). You will receive 1 warning if you're abusing the machine (i.e. slaming the machine, rage tilting, or punching/kicking the machine), but you'll forfeit your entry with a 2nd offense.

The tournament's qualifying rounds' format is, Group Match Play: Over 6 rounds, players are paired against each other in four-player games. If the number of players is not divisible by four, a number of three-player games will be created. Players earn points based on their finishing position; 7/5/3/1 or 7/4/1 (3 player groups). Top 8 finishers after the 6 rounds advance to the finals.

Qualifying Rounds - 6 rounds of 1 match play. MatchPlayLive will randomize seeding, machine, and player order for the 1st round. In subsequent rounds MatchPlay will balance pairing, machine, and player order.

Finals Format - Group elimination: 8 players are placed into four-player groups based on their standings from the qualifying rounds. The first and second finishers advance in the bracket, while third and fourth place are eliminated. Top players of each group decides player order for the 1st match; first choice goes to 1st, then 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. In subsequent matches player order is decided by the previous game's last place finisher; first choice goes to 4th, then 3rd, 2nd, and 1st.

Semifinals Round - 1 round of 3 matches. 1 match will be on, The Mandalorian, and the other 2 matches will be randomized.

Final Round - 1 round of 3 matches. All matches are on, The Mandalorian

$10 entry plus coin drop. $1 of entry goes to IFPA. The remainder goes to the payouts (approx %):

5th-8th place: 10% split
4th place: 5%
3rd: 10%
2nd: 25%
1st: 45% + Trophy + Translight
5% paid to LvL Up staff
