Qualifying will be a best game format where there are 16 games to choose from and your best 8 games count. Players are encouraged to sign up in advance so we can get a head count and distribute players as evenly as possible between the Friday and Saturday qualifying windows. Qualifying attempts will be unlimited during the specified qualifying times.

Finals will occur on Saturday afternoon and evening and there will be A and B divisions with no IFPA ranking restrictions. The format will be Match Play with four player groups and 3 games per round. Two players will advance from each group to the next round until there are only 4 players remaining and then those 4 players will play one more 3 game round to determine the final placements.

The event will be hosted at Solid State Pinball Supply, which is open to the public on weekends. Players may practice in the days before the event begins during regular business hours but once qualifying begins there will be no more practice games.

Trophies, points, and cash will be awarded. All cash goes to the players minus IFPA fees.

Qualifying:
Friday, November 12th 2pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm
Saturday, November 13th 10am-2pm
Finals: Saturday, November 13th 2:30-8:00pm
Preregistration begins Wednesday, October 13th at 6pm

The number of finalists in each division will be determined by the following:
If we get 23 or fewer players, top 8 make finals (no divisions)
If we get 24-31 players, top 12 make A finals, top 4 get a bye, and 13-16th place makes B finals (B finals wouldn’t count for IFPA)
If we get 32-63 people, top 16 make A finals, next 8 make B finals (B finals wouldn’t count for IFPA)
If we get 64 or more people, top 16 make A finals and next 16 make B finals (B finals do count for IFPA)
