Summer Slam Series Pingolf

Time: Qualifying from 10am onwards. No more qualifying after 3:45pm
Format Details: 12 holes of pingolf will be played. Games will be set to 5 ball where possible, if an extra ball is earned, this can be used as part of the current stroke (ie: earning an extra ball gives you a free stroke). Lowest overall points win.
If you do not reach the target score in your game, you will receive a score of number of balls plus 1 (ie: 5 ball game = 6 points). However, in the event of a score based objective, up to 10 strikes can be received. Eg: 5 ball game: If you are under within 10% of the target, 6 points, 10%-20% 7 points, 20%-30% 8 points, 30%-50% 9 points, over within 50% of target score = 10 points
Top 8 (or 4 if less than 16 entrants) will progress to finals.
At the end of pingolf qualifying, tied scores will be broken by player with the most holes in one, if still tied, player with the most holes in 2 etc. If still tied, a playoff will be held on a single game, highest score wins.
Finals will start at 4pm
Final – fairstrike (ie: 0,1,1,2 strikes for 1234 positions) 3 strikes (played as standard 4 player games). First 3 rounds of finals will be played on pre DMD machines.
