Season 5 of the Free Play Pinball League

Players can play at either of the three locations each week (can only play once per week) as part of the league.
Season 5 will be a six week league. Divisions are determined after week 4, counting the best 3 out of 4 weeks. Players must play in three of the first four weeks in order to be eligible to play in A / B division. If a player has less than the 3 weeks, they will be in the 'ineligible division'. Due to recent modifications of league rules, league size is capped at 50 players.

Locations for Season 5 -
Denton Free Play- Sunday 7:00 pm
Richardson Free Play - Tuesday 7:30 pm.
Arlington Free Play - Thursday 7:30 pm.
*** Each week starts on Sunday, ends on Thursday ***

The Sunday 7:00 pm start for Denton is tentative, with the location presumed to be open by that time. If for some reason the schedule requires modification, and/or the removal of a date / location such action will be taken prior to the start of League, and posted on the FB group.

Players must participate in 4 out of 6 weeks in order to be included / eligible for IFPA ranking / points. Because of this, no new players will be permitted after week 3.

Each week players will be placed into groups of 4 (or 3), and will play 4 games of match play.
Players are awarded points based upon finishing position (10,6,4,2), or (10,5,2) for a 3 player grouping.

Player grouping will aim to be balanced across the series, and game selection will be random.

Roughly the top 1/4 - 1/2 of A&B division will play in a finals to be held at Free Play Arlington on Thursday March 10th. Will be a group match play finals format (using PAPA 4/2/1/0 scoring). See the rules at http://fppl.league.papa.org/ for additional.

Players who have finished in the top 4 of A division past 2 seasons are ineligible for B division.
