These are the details of this planned tournament

A maximum of 32 players can participate (Limitation due to the space and available machines).
It is held in a public place (arcade) the (pre) registration will be open starting September 18th latest till November 30th.
If there are any free spots left they can be filled on the day of the tournament.

Tournament mode:
We will be playing 8 rounds with Matchplay to select the 8 semi finalists
The 8 best players will be playing in single Elimination (best of 3) to select the 4 finalists
The 4 finalists will play a total of 3 games on 3 different machines in 7/5/3/1 scoring with qualification round result as tie breaker

HINT: I re-submitted this tournament after checking with our country director as I entered a wrong date for the pre-registration
