Tournament Summary:
The tournament will consist of a Qualifying Stage of group match play, where the top 8 players from the Qualifying Stage will move onto a 2 round Playoff Stage consisting of elimination group match play to determine the winner.
Tournament starts at 12 PM, sign up for the tournament ends at 11:45 AM. Players showing up late will not be allowed to enter the tournament unless previous arrangements have been made with the Tournament Director.

Tournament Details:
***Qualifying Stage:***
The Qualifying Stage will consist of some form of group match play where each game will consist of 4 players and award 7/5/3/1 points (7/4/1 for a 3 player group). However, the specifics of this stage will depend on the number of registered players and the number of machines available on the day of the tournament.
•More than 4 players per available machine: Timed Group match play (12:00 pm to 3:00 pm), new groups (based on “swiss pairing”) after each game, machine and play order assigned, top 8 players move onto the Playoff Stage.
•16+ Players: 3 rounds of 2 games, new groups (based on “swiss” pairing) after round 1, machines assigned, play order assigned for game 1 of each round and then play order choice by reverse finishing order on game 2, top 8 players move onto the Playoff Stage.
***Playoff Stage:*** (based on 16+ players)
•Based on points earned in the Qualifying Stage, the top 8 players will be placed into new groups (Group 1: seeds 1,4,5,8 and Group 2: seeds 2,3,6,7).
•Games and Player Order Choice: Based on top seed for Game 1 and reverse finishing order on the previous game (4th through 1st place) for Games 2 and 3.
•Points awarded per game: 4/2/1/0 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Place.
For Round 1 of the Playoff Stage, the top 2 players in each group based on points earned in the round will move onto the Final Round, the other players will be eliminated from the tournament.
For Round 2 of the Playoff Stage (Final Round), finishing positions will be based on the points earned in the round.
