Tourney description:

Players will register for a time slot to complete their qualifying round of pingolf at Richie Terry's house in Kent. There will be around 15-16 holes in qualifying. Time slots will be available Friday, Saturday, and some limited availability on Sunday - these spots will be reserved for traveling players for a short time. If we get at least 64 participants, we will take 32 players into Sunday's final.

The final will be matchplay with hybrid pingolf/matchplay scoring. Players will be organized into groups based on qualifying seed; the top seed in each group will have choice of bank or position. Each group will play four games, then the top two from each group will advance to the next round of playoffs.

If we can take 32 players into the final, we estimate around 48 TGP (192%) for this tournament. (This depends on player performance on the qualifying course.)

Buy-in is $40; your buy-in pays your IFPA fee, a portion of the trophy purchase, and then the remainder will go into the pot. Due to the spread out nature of qualifying, there will be no meal included with your buy-in.
