Hey Everyone!
Our next pinball night will be Saturday, July 29th at 6pm! and we hope that you can join us! It will be at Pinball Wally's Place in Wahiawa! Thanks for hosting Wally!
Wally lives at 250 Kilani Ave in Wahiawa. The house is on the corner of Kilani and Mala St. You may need to drive a couple houses past wally's on kilani to park on the right side of the road, but there's plenty of parking there. Byob, and maybe if everyone brings a snack, we'll have plenty of snacks! Or just bring yourself, it will be great to see you!
The games at Wally's are: NASCAR, Harley Davidson, Stern Playboy, Sharkey's Shootout, and FISH TALES!!!!. Fish Tales is a great game, and an awesome addition to the lineup! We'll play a couple warm up games, and then have a tournament!
This tournament will be an official IFPA (International Flipper Pinball Association) tournament! A nice thing about doing it this way is that the IFPA website will keep track of how everyone does for the year and we can have a Hawaii Championship at the end of the year!
The tournament will start at 7pm sharp, and will be a 3 "strikes" tournament. We will use the Matchplay app to run the tournament smoothly.
Players will be put into groups and will play a game, with the bottom players getting a "strike" for the round. Then, players will be regrouped to play another game. Once you've gotten 3 strikes, you're 'out.' Eventually there will only be only one player left, and that person will be remembered forever as a great pinball champion!
