Dates Thursday 10/19 - Saturday 10/21
Format: The women's tournament at Chicago Pinball Expo will be Limited Best Game, 24 entries max, best 12 scores.
Top 12 scores means the top 3 scores on all four available titles (8 games, two of each title*).
Players must play every title a minimum of 3 times to have their games count toward qualifying.
Qualifying:
Thursday:
Women Open Qualifying from 10am - 12am (qualifying may extend to 1am at TD's discretion)
Friday:
Women Open Qualifying from 10am - 3pm
**Volunteer Qualifying from 3pm - 4pm**
Women Open Qualifying Resumes from 4pm - 11pm
**Volunteer Qualifying 11pm - midnight**
Saturday:
Women Open Qualifying from 10am - 3pm
Finals:
Saturday, Round 1 begins at 5:00pm, those that have a bye are to be checked in by no later than 6:30pm* *
Finals format - double elimination bracket. Top of the bracket is best of 5 games, bottom of the bracket best of 3.
IF:
24 total players: top 8 will advance to finals (no byes)
25 to 47 players: top 16 advance (no byes)
48 to 63 players: top 24 will advance to finals (8 byes)
64+ players: top 32 advance (16 byes)
GOAL IS 48 PLAYERS OR MORE! If we reach 48 players qualifying then we can take 24 to finals and go for Certified status (125% boost of overall TGP)
We will pay out all finalists, so bring your A game!
Tournament Entry Fee $40 (separate from entry into the show or any other scheduled tournaments)

* Game list subject to change
* * A note for those participating in the Pinball Olympics: If you have a bye AND are attending the Pinball Olympics and taking the shuttle to get to/from, we plan to give a reasonable grace period (under a half hour) if the shuttle gets stuck in traffic. Make sure to contact Jen or Deborah if this is the case. If you do NOT have a bye and plan to attend the Pinball Olympics and wish to play in Women's finals we strongly suggest having a plan to leave the Olympics by 4pm by car(pool), and to not take the Pinball Life shuttle, as it isn't scheduled to leave the Olympics until 5:30pm. Same rule as above, if players who leave the Olympics at 4pm get stuck in traffic then we will try to make reasonable accommodation. Hopefully traffic won't be a huge issue on Saturday but we want players to plan ahead so they can try to participate in both if that is their wish!
