Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: July 11, 2015

5th Annual ‘Pittsburgh Summer Pinball Championship’

Registration closes July 5th.
All members must be paid by July 5th.
Scores will not be accepted until your tournament fee is paid.

Start: June 13th
Qualifying End July 10th
Finals: July 11th

Rules (Overview):

Tournament fees are $25 for Main Tournament and $15 for Classics. $40 for both divisions. ($5 from every entry fee will be donated to the MS SOCIETY.)

As like last there there will be both main and classics divisions. You do not have to play in both divisions. You can play in just the main, just the classics or both.

Qualifying begins June 20th and ends July 24th (at 10pm, no exceptions) for both divisions.

The Main bank consists of a number of games selected from around the Pittsburgh Area. The classics bank will follow. Games selected can be viewed here (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-YVKpGMgw0w6zM8xYH1-EJ5B86RC50nkHE7Ac9X036o/edit?usp=docslist_api).

You can play every game in the bank but only your top ten (10) scores will count.
You must play a minimum of (10) games to qualify for finals play. Same for Classics. IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT SCORES FOR THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF GAMES YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR FINALS.

Scoring on each machine will be similar as PAPA tournament scoring. 100, 90, 85, 83, 82…

Games can be played off scheduled days with help of a “scorekeeper”. All of your scores must be submitted via EMAIL to PSPCPinball@gmail.com from your SCOREKEEPER ONLY.

Qualifying ends Friday July 24th at 10pm SHARP. Finals will be the following day, Saturday July 25th at The Pittsburgh Pinball Factory starting at noon. Classics finals will occur before main division finals.

Questions/comments/suggestions should be directed to Nick Jaquay (PSPCPinball@gmail.com) or you can PM the Facebook page.
Also feel free to post on the PSPC Communication Page. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/pghsummerpinball/)

Classics finals will be Survivor format, Main will be PAPA format.
