Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: May 30, 2025

Station Break’s monthy Stern Army Target Match Play tournament

Station Break will be hosting an IFPA target matchplay pinball tournament on Friday, May 30th. Doors open at 7:30pm and the pinball tournament will start at 8pm.

The format will be target match-play. Target match play is a variant of group match play. Instead of game play happening over a set number of rounds, the tournament director defines a target number of points. When a player accumulates enough points to reach the target, they are no longer included in future rounds. The 1st place winner of the tournament is the player who first reaches the target. The 2nd and 3rd players to hit the target afterwards will win respectfully in second and third place. We will be playing multiple rounds of pinball in groups of either 3 or 4 players depending on the size of the turnout.

4 player game groups will be given 7/5/3/1 points.
3 player game groups will be given 7/4/1 points.

Cost to enter is $20 with all games being on free play. There will be trophy metals to the top 3 players. First place winner also gets a new Stern Pinball translite ($100 value). Outside food and drinks are welcomed. We will provide water and some soft drinks.
