Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: May 02, 2015

Pingolf qualifying using standard stroke counts on a 9 hole course with 2 mulligans to improve one's score on one or two holes. The top half of the field (or slightly less) will advance to the playoffs. A maximum of 16 players will advance. Playoffs are head 2 head single elimination "best of 4 games". Par scores will remain in effect for the majority of the playoffs, but stroke counts will not be used. If both players make the par score before their game ends they each earn 0.5 points. Otherwise, the player with the high score earns 1 point and the other earns 0 points. If the score is tied 1.5 - 1.5 after three games, a fourth game without par will be used to break the tie. Entry fee is $20 and all fees will be returned as prizes for the top 4 finishers.
