8 weeks of qualifying and finals the last week for those who qualify.
Qualifying weeks use 7/5/3/1 or 7/4/1 scoring for 4 player and 3 player groups, respectively, 4 games per week.
Pre-divisional Play (Weeks 1–4):
Week 1: Players are randomly seeded. Weeks 2–4: Swiss-style matchups. A player’s best 3 out of 4 weeks count toward their qualifying score. Qualifying scores determine divisions; division sizes are based on the total number of players.
Divisional Play (Weeks 5–8):
Balanced pairing to avoid repeat matchups as much as possible. A player’s best 3 out of 4 weeks count toward their divisional score. Divisional scores determine who advances to the finals.
Finals Format:
Top players in each division (either 4 or 8, depending on division size) qualify for finals. Finals use PAPA-style format: 3 games per match; 4-player groups; Scoring: 4/2/1/0.
