Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: July 18, 2025
Happy Saturday! The Electric Playground is expecting a limited Alice's Adventures in Wonderland pinball machine in the next few weeks, which I am absolutely hyped about. (We're all mad here.)

Thanks to Robin Rath and the rest of the crew at The Electric Playground, I have the pleasure of running the FIRST women's IFPA-sanctioned tournament at The Electric Playground, which will also serve as the release party for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
Given that this is not a venue that the public normally can't just wander in to play pinball, we are limiting entries to twenty players. Format will be six rounds of Match Play qualifying (7, 5, 3, 1 scoring in four-player groups) and (7, 4, 1 in three-player groups.) If sixteen or more players show up, the top eight will go to finals (two four-player groups, with the top two players from each group moving on to a four-player final match.) If less than sixteen players show up, the top four players will go to finals (three-game round with PAPA scoring.) Finals will be on Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, of course.
Tournament is slated to start at 7:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Entry fee is $10, with NO coin drop, with $1 of the entry fee going to the IFPA for sanctioning the event. Cash and attendance prizes will be given out, as usual. I heard that Guerilla Pinball may be streaming the event, as well.
Margaret will be making pizzas, so bring an appetite! (They're delicious, by the way.) You may bring a guest and your own beverages/food, but don't be late, like The White Rabbit. (Off with their heads!) I will also bring a spot of tea, if you're into that. Feel free to dress accordingly/in costume, as well. I definitely will be!
If interested, please contact Valerie Iriarte at vrader3180@gmail.com or via Facebook messenger to register. Have a great rest of your weekend!
