Best game qualifiers from open to close on both Friday the 11th and Saturday the 12th. Business hours are 3pm to 2am on Friday, and noon to 2am on Saturday. The top 14 games will will count towards a player's standings, the top 24 players move on to a group elimination knockout that starts at 1 PM on Sunday the 13th, with top 8 players receiving a bye, and the rest split into 4 groups of 4, with the top seed in each group getting their choice of game for 3 games, top 2 players from each group will advance while the bottom 2 getting knocked out.
Buy in is $10 and you will get 15 plays with your buy in, there are unlimited rebuys at $5 for 5 plays. All buy ins and rebuys will go towards supporting Project Pinball (https://projectpinball.org/)
There is no player cap, so bring all your friends and family! Pre registrations are not required, sign ups will take place at the event.
These tournaments are impossible without volunteers to help with scorekeeping, if you would like to help with scorekeeping you can add your name to the sheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nAhc8WU-ClZmAxezSan7RfcnfiAp3Pl4Gu3Q6GZZteU/edit?usp=sharing The first two hours of volunteering will cover your buy in, any hours beyond the first two earns you an additional 5 plays.
Note: All money spent on buy ins and rebuys will be going towards charity, there is not a plan to have prize money for finalists.
