Group matchplay (7/5/3/1) is on Friday 12/5 from 1pm to 4 pm for 3 hours. Groups were 3 or 4 players, balanced pairing, IFPA scoring. After 2.5 hours, the top 50% (capped at 24) of women advance to the finals. Tie breakers are determined by a full game to decide player position for the "ladder" style finals.
Finals will take place on Saturday, 12/6 at 9:45 am. Please arrive at 9:15 am to check in and determine order for the race. Finals are amazing race style. With our determined ladder seating coming out of the Best Game qualifying, the first seed will walk up to the first game in a 6-8 game row and place the highest score they can with three balls. They will stay at that game till the second seed plays their first game on the same machine. If player two surpasses player ones score at anytime within their 3 ball limit they will move on to machine two and start playing their game on that machine. If player two is unable to surpass player ones score with three balls they will remain waiting on game one and player three will start their first game on machine one, while player one proceeds to play machine two. Whomever has the lowest score and did not proceed to the next machine in line will be eliminated from the competitors. Play will continue until one stands who will then be crowned the winner.
Entry into Pincinnati is required and not included in the women's fee. Entry is $20 dollars and the top half will receive payment with top 4 receiving money and trophies. Pre-registration is on matchplay under “Pincinnati Women’s 2025”
