Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: September 21, 2024

The third of a four day tournament series through the year, with two tournaments per day!
Schedule:
11 AM: 4 player group matchplay, as many rounds as we can start in three hours - $5 entry plus coin drop
~2 PM: Hour lunch break, starting after the last round finishes
~3 PM: Target matchplay - $5 entry plus coin drop

The target for the afternoon tournament will be the amount of points the winner had from the morning tournament. As soon as anyone matches or exceeds this amount, the results are locked in, with tiebreakers played only for cash finishing positions.

Payouts:
1st Place: 40% of prize pool
2nd Place: 30% of prize pool
3rd Place: 20% of prize pool
4th Place: 10% of prize pool

All games will be played at Brewhalla when possible, if the number of players outnumbers the available machines, or some event has taken over that side of the building, we'll use Drekker as needed.

Keep an eye out for one more tournament day this year, likely November or December. I'm thinking about turning the last one into a larger single tournament rather than two, maybe even more than one day long. Let me know if you have an opinion about a format.

Similar to the last tournament day, there is also a tournament in Detroit Lakes on Sunday, if two tournaments isn't enough for your weekend.
