Head-to-Head: 0/1
First Round Seeding/Pairing: Random
General Pairing: Swiss
Draws: Balanced
EBs: Off
Mode: Tournament/Competition
Ties: Placement

Cost: Players are responsible for their own coin drops (4 tokens per game = $1) for the duration of the tourney.
Entry Fee: $1 for the IFPA sanctioning fee.
