Strikes are received as such:

Ties: Placement
Cost: Players are responsible for their own coin drops (4 tokens per game = $1) for the duration of the tourney.
Entry Fee: $1 for the IFPA sanctioning fee.
Time: Practice/registration starts at noon, and remains open until the tourney starts at 2pm.
